There is ever greater concern for waste generation and management. Sustainable packaging implies, in addition to the composition of the product, that the process of making it has the minimum possible impact on the environment. That is why at Rotor Print, we constantly undertake R&D to reduce our impact on the environment in all the processes that concern us, always guiding our customers in the configuration of their eco-design.
Rotor Print has the silver medal in the ECOVADIS certification, which is a quality assessment system for the company's CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) management system. This qualification guarantees that Rotor Print is committed to minimising the carbon footprint, placing itself among the 15% of best qualified companies in the sector.
In addition to seeking greater efficiency in the processes to achieve maximum sustainability, at Rotor Print we are constantly developing new combinations of materials to achieve sustainable solutions and recyclable solutions for modern packaging.
The creation of flexible and sustainable packaging adds to the reduction of waste, but we cannot allow this to influence the quality of the packaging, since this would lead to waste from the packaged product.
The quality of the packaging is essential to guarantee the correct preservation of the end product, whether in food packaging, for pharmaceutical packaging or for the packaging of cosmetic, agricultural or industrial products. Among these solutions we find the following materials:
They are those materials that contain recycled material (the percentage of PCR admitted in each structure depends on the material). These materials are the following:
