We are a flexible packaging company with two factories in the province of Barcelona. We are characterised by the fact that we have two printing systems: rotogravure and flexography. With the training of specialised personnel and a high level of demand we have managed to guarantee great graphic printing quality in both systems.

Rotor Print is a company where those involved in the decision processes are in constant contact, a fact that provides the company with very fast processes, making it very agile in its actions.

We are a benchmark company in the sector of manufacturing materials for flexible packaging in Catalonia and Spain, billing domestically and internationally and based in the province of Barcelona. Located between Barcelona and France, the factories benefit from a large network of roads just a few kilometres away, very well communicated and without the typical traffic problems of the outskirts of large cities.

Rotor Print is always committed to the quality of the products offered and therefore complies with the most demanding quality regulations to work with the pharmaceutical sector, the ISO 15378, based on the ISO 9001 plus the good manufacturing practices. Also, it has the BRCGS certification for food market, offering products made in clean room with certified quality.

Production efficiency linked to sustainability is one of the company's objectives. It is for this reason, and thanks to our constant effort, that we have been awarded the silver medal of the ECOVADIS, evaluation system, which certifies the company's environmental, social and ethical performance, placing Rotor Print among the 15% of the best-rated companies in the sector.

TWO-WAY TRACEABILITY

At Rotor Print we work with a minimum rate of incidents, but if one should occur, we must have a highly complex traceability system to offer our customers the best service. We therefore have an absolute two-way traceability system between the raw materials used and the materials produced, allowing us, through a single label to know the day and time of production, as well as the machine used and the operator responsible for the affected reel. We therefore know the reels produced in the same print run and which consequently may be affected by the same incident. In this way, when there is an incident, we offer customers additional information about which coils may be affected by the same incident and block them until they are checked to limit the problem and for customers to continue working normally.
