At Rotor Print we started working on HD flexography printing in order to offer our customers more printing options and to adapt to the different needs of each one. HD flexography allows us to print at high speed, for medium and long runs with great print quality.
Flexography is one of the most widely-used and versatile printing systems since it allows a large number of repetitions at a lower production cost. At the same time, HD flexography minimises the usual difficulties that this process had compared to other systems in terms of complex graphic resources such as gradient colors.
At Rotor Print we have the latest technology and a professional team specialised in flexography to offer the highest quality in printing processes.
Flexography is a high-speed printing process that is achieved through the use of a flexible plate (Cliché) where the design is engraved in relief, through which the print is applied to the final material. It is a rotary technique since the cliché is mounted on a cylinder, which in rotating picks up the ink and prints the image directly on the final support.
It is a printing system that is characterised by its great flexibility and adaptability that allows printing on any flexible material, films, plastics, cardboard, etc. Gearless technology also allows the repetition distance required by the most demanding packaging machines on the market to be precisely achieved.
The strengths of HD flexography are:
